Statement
Content strategy is an organized and purpose-based approach to developing content, usually online. Having a content strategy in place fosters the creation of useful, usable content that meets business goals and users' needs.
Susan has been helping clients discover and articulate clear, consistent and concise messages, in print and online, for more than ten years. She has created content strategies for Goldcorp, Solvera, Elk Ridge Resort, One Earth Farms, FedEx, and Muskeg Lake Cree Nation.
Susan edits Herstory: A Canadian Women’s Calendar and has written a curriculum segment on social media for U of M’s More Powerful Communications online course.
