Statement

I am finishing up my 4 year BA in English and History. I currently work part time as a tutor for the University of Winnipeg and would like to tackle new projects. I have three years of experience tutoring university students in a wide range of disciplines (academic writing, philosophy, literature, theology, history, education, et cetera) and I have many regular clients and good references if needed. I recently trained with International House Toronto to become a TESL Canada certified teacher. I was an intern for Prairie Fire magazine during the 2006 academic year and I plan to apply to graduate school for an MA in Literature or Creative Writing.
