About the Editor
I have over 12 years’ experience working with publishers and individual authors, including extensive experience with writers whose first language is not English. While specializing in academic publications, I enjoy working on a variety of texts and topics, from CD liner notes and concert programs to political analysis.
Prior to becoming a professional editor, I completed a PhD in historical musicology (University of Toronto), and before that I studied classical piano. As an editor, I combine close attention to detail and accuracy with a good ear for the voice and style of each writer I work with.
In addition to being a member of the MEA, I am a member of Editors Canada.
